Bonds for the St. Jacob development project
Lords LB Asset Management, one of the largest real estate developers in the Baltic region, has reached Orion Securities with the aim of issuing bonds for one of their developemnts – an educational and hospitality real estate project in Vilnius.
Orion role in this project
By September 2022 Orion distributed 2 tranches of the bond issue raising a total of 10 m EUR. Additional tranches are expected to be distributed in the end of 2022 and beginning of 2023 to bring the total amount of bonds issued to 40 m EUR. Read more about the second issue tranche here.

Stock exchange Nasdaq Vilnius has included the bonds issue of UAB Orkela in the Nasdaq stock exchange as of 30 June 2022. Orkela is a company controlled by the Lords LB Special Fund IV managed by UAB Lords LB Asset Management.
