10 % bond issuance for financing the construction of a 120 MW solar park in Poland (2nd tranche)

Eternia Solar, the construction contracting company of Sun Investment Group (SIG), a leading renewable energy project development group in Central and Eastern Europe, is offering a short-term bond issuance of up to EUR 3.6 million. This is the second stage of a bond issuance of up to EUR 8 million in total. During the placement of the first stage in December, EUR 4.4 million was raised instead of the planned EUR 3 million.

The funds raised during the first stage have already been allocated to finance the construction of a 120 MW solar power project in Poland, and the investments raised during the second stage of the issuance will be used for the same purpose. International investors Nord LB and Amiral Gestion have already assessed and approved the long-term financing of the project.

On 23 December 2026, once significant progress in the construction of the power plant portfolio has been achieved, the funds from institutional investors intended to settle payments with Eternia Solar for the completed construction works will be paid to the project owner. The revenues received by Eternia Solar will be used to redeem the bond issuance.

    Institutional Financing Confirmed

The 120 MW solar power project was already assessed last year by international investors Berenberg and Amiral Gestion. At the beginning of January, as planned, SIG signed an agreement for long-term financing with one of Germany’s largest public-sector banks, Nord LB, on even more favorable terms than the offer previously received from Berenberg.
The investors have already completed comprehensive financial, technical, and legal due diligence and have approved the project financing, which will be provided in stages upon completion of construction works.

    Clear Redemption Mechanism

Eternia Solar will use the funds provided by institutional investors and intended for payment of completed construction works, to redeem the bonds.

    Attractive Market

Poland’s renewable energy market is currently one of the most sustainable and economically attractive in Europe. Relatively high electricity prices, clear support schemes, and strong demand from industrial consumers create favourable conditions for long-term project stability.
