You‘ll need:

a valid passport or identity card of the Republic of Lithuania;
Certified Smart ID, Mobile ID issued or personal ID cards with a valid electronic signature certificate;
a computer, smartphone or tablet with the latest operating system (Microsoft, Mac OS, Android, iOS), video camera, microphone;
comfortable places where you can be alone and complete the process safely and undisturbed.

How it works

Fill out the questionnaire and sign the service agreement.

Confirm your identity using remote identification.

We will send you the login details for Customer Self-Service by e-mail.

For foreign citizens

If you have a foreigner’s passport becoming a customer online is easy. We have a separate identification process for this, so please send an email to info@orion.lt and we will send you instructions.
