Investment banking company Orion Securities completed non-public short-term bond distribution of the subsidiary company of Sun Investment Group. During the time of the bond distribution the company borrowed 3.3 m EUR. The forecasted issue maturity was 15 months with an early redemption opportunity and the 12% annual interest rate.
The funds raised will be used to finance the construction of two 4.6 MW remote solar parks in Lithuania.

This is a second project for Orion Securities to raise capital for Sun Investment Group. In 2017 Orion managed to find a strategic investor that together with a company developed and successfully sold 42 MW solar park in Poland.
