Integre Trans, an international logistics company, has approached Orion Securities to raise financing needed for business development.
Over the last few years the company has been steadily enlarging their own truck fleet, started providing logistics services for more and more of well known international companies and increased the number of intermodal services. The raised funds will be used to finance and develop further expansion projects, to secure working capital and to meet strategic sustainability objectives.
Investment banking company Orion Securities distributed the 4 m EUR bonds for international company of transportation and logistics Integre Trans. During the organised auction a 12% + 6-month EURIBOR annual interest rate was set to this bond distribution.
