The company is a pioneer in aesthetic dentistry in Lithuania and has historically operated profitably. Through this public bond offering Neodenta aims to raise €3 million to further expand its dental clinics in various cities across Lithuania, addressing gaps in specific dental services.
The bonds will be secured by the mortgage of existing and newly acquired real estate properties, as well as the bank account where the funds from the bond issuance will be deposited. The issuer commits that the total value of the pledged assets will not be less than €3.3 million.
