
10.5% Bond Offering from a Leading Real Estate Developer
KAITA Development, part of KAITA Group, one of the largest real estate development groups in Lithuania, is offering investors a two-year bond issuance with an annual yield of 10.5%.
Having successfully completed 26 real estate projects over the past eight years, KAITA Development is currently developing modern residential complexes in the Vilnius districts of Naujamiestis, Žirmūnai and Viršuliškės. The funds raised will be allocated to the development of the Off and Moods projects.
KAITA Group is among the top companies in Vilnius by the number of apartments sold this year. The group also manages the largest residential rental portfolio in Lithuania and operates in Riga, Prague and London.
Investors already backing KAITA Group projects include Hanner and the Areus group (active in the energy, pharmaceutical and real estate investment sectors).

About the Issuer
KAITA Development is currently developing the €31 million Off residential complex and the €15.2 million Haivo complex in Naujamiestis; the €18.5 million Moods complex in Žirmūnai; and the €31.4 million Newton project in Viršuliškės.
In the first 10 months of this year alone, KAITA Group sold 200 apartments in Vilnius, making it one of the most popular choices among buyers for several months.

Vilnius’ housing market is highly active, and experts from the Bank of Lithuania forecast that demand for housing will continue to grow next year.
