8% Green Bonds
UTIB UAB Atsinaujinančios energetikos investicijos (AEI), managed by UAB Lords LB Asset Management, has launched a public green bond issuance worth up to EUR 65 million. AEI aims to borrow through the issued bonds for a term of 2.5 years, offering investors a fixed annual interest rate of 8%.
The majority of AEI’s portfolio consists of already operational renewable energy projects that generate a stable income stream. In 2024, all operational and partially operational wind and solar power plant portfolios invested in by AEI jointly produced more than 509 GWh of electricity and generated EUR 28.7 million in EBITDA.
