The leading Baltic real estate investment company Summus Capital, which holds a diversified portfolio across the three Baltic countries and Poland, is issuing bonds worth EUR 30 million with an annual yield of 8%.
The raised funds will primarily be allocated to the expansion of the investment portfolio.
