Orion Securities advised AB Grigiškės, the largest producer of paper products in the Baltic States, whose shares are listed on AB NASDAQ OMX Vilnius trade list, on the successful completion of a secondary public offering of its newly issued shares to existing shareholders and new investors.
The distribution resulted in the issue of new shares of 3.3 m EUR.
