Orion Securities represented the shareholders of the IT services company Elsis IT in the sale of 100% of the company’s shares to ATEA, a Scandinavian capital IT services group.
The sale allowed the shareholders to concentrate on the development of other activities of the group (programming services, IT integration solutions development).
