This was one of the first capital raisings by the residential property developers Domus Estate for a specific real estate project. Orion Securities acted as an issue organiser and successfully distributed bonds worth 1 m EUR.
The funds raised were successfully used to develop the Pilaitės Terasos real estate project of cottages and apartment buildings.
