AAA Holdingas – consolidation and structure creation
We helped Investor Marius Jakulis Jason to consolidated the shares of AAA Holdings – from now on all shares of the company will belong to M J Jakulis’ family company IKKB Mūsų Ateities Investicijos and philanthropic foundation VŠĮ Marius Jakulis Jason Fund.

The family company bought out the shares of Algimantas Smičius, the former head of AAA Holdingas, while Marius transferred the shares as recently as last year. The objective of a multi million transaction is to strengthen the company financially and bring management under one roof.
