Orion Securities shareholder acquires Kapitalo srautai to expand shareholder record-keeping and investment services

AAA Enterprises, a company owned by the shareholders of investment services firm Orion Securities, has acquired 100% of the shares in brokerage firm Kapitalo srautai. Combining the expertise of both firms will make it easier for investors, companies and their shareholders to manage investments, securities accounting and transaction execution. The acquisition will also expand the group’s client base.

According to the latest data from the Bank of Lithuania, Orion Securities is one of Lithuania’s leading brokerage firms. The transaction advances the company’s previously announced strategy of pursuing both organic growth and acquisitions while strengthening its position in the Baltic capital markets.

Kapitalo srautai has operated in Lithuania’s securities market since 1996 and provides securities accounting services to more than 400 companies. It is a participant in the Lithuanian securities settlement system operated by Nasdaq CSD.

The expertise of both firms will be used to improve shareholder record-keeping and transaction registration processes, ensuring high-quality client service and timely delivery. During the integration, particular attention will be paid to ensuring smooth and uninterrupted service for existing Kapitalo srautai clients.

Kapitalo srautai holds a Category B brokerage firm licence and is supervised by the Bank of Lithuania.
