8 - 8,25 % Coupon Bond Offering
Lietuvos Centrinė Kredito Unija (LCKU) offers investors 10-year bonds with a early redemption option after 5 years and a fixed annual interest rate of 8-8.25%. The minimum investment amount is EUR 1,000.
The company’s income streams are generated by a steadily growing loan portfolio of EUR 898 million, which generates stable interest income.
The credit union’s loan portfolio is widely diversified between corporate and retail loans, with corporate lending further broken down by sector. This portfolio structure allows for effective risk mitigation. Almost 80% of the portfolio consists of low-risk loans with stable repayment flows and high credit quality.
LCKU’s activities are strictly supervised by the Bank of Lithuania and comply with all EU capital and liquidity requirements applicable to banks. The Lithuanian state has also invested in LCKU’s capital, with its shareholding currently amounting to EUR 3.979 million. A strong share capital base and solid capital adequacy ratios enable LCKU to operate responsibly and stably.
An interest rate auction will be organized for the bond issue: when submitting their bids, investors will be able to indicate the annual interest rate at which they agree to purchase the bonds – 8% or 8.25%. The interest rate will be set after assessing the demand for bonds at different interest rates.
